It’s fall and change is in the air! Are you ready to begin your fitness journey, but don’t know where to start? Sometimes it can feel like an uphill climb! Our 5-week Just Move program is a must for anyone who has a body! We will teach you five basic movement patterns for optimal workout success. Additionally, you will learn proper body alignment so that we can progress these patterns into strengthening exercises performed consistently and repetitively to build your core and stabilizing systems. We will address the hips, core, shoulder girdle, whole body alignment, and flexibility. It’s the perfect series no matter your current fitness level.
