INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We do our best to run all classes, but inclement weather, instructor travel and YOUR travel tolerance will help us decide. You know yourself best so err on the side of caution as soon as you know there’s not a snowball’s chance in hell that you are coming.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE
Always check our online schedule (at our website or in the app) to see if a class has been canceled before you head out to the studio.
WHAT IF NORTHBOROUGH HAS A DELAY OR CLOSED SCHOOL?
We will not necessarily cancel class if there is a school closure or delay, so if your kids won’t have school and you cannot attend please cancel as soon as you know.
YOU DECIDE NOT TO COME TO CLASS
Please cancel yourself out of class as soon as you decide not to come. If the forecast calls for snow and you know you won’t want to drive you please cancel the night before so that we can make our decision based on folks willing to travel.
CHECK YOUR NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR PROFILE
Check your profile to make sure you have both email and text notifications on so if we do cancel you will be notified in a timely manner.
This is also important for class reservation reminders, getting off the wait list, and class cancelations. So go on…check your profile.
