Our Main Studio and Yoga Loft—located in Northborough, MA, at the intersections of West Main Street and Route 20—offer a wide variety of opportunities for individual or group fitness instruction in a beautiful, clean facility with leading-edge equipment. Whether you prefer strength training with weights or TRX®, the variety of Pilates or Barre, or the peaceful practice of Yoga, you will find a class that’s right for you. In fact, if you’re like many of our customers, you might even find you like them all. As of January 2017, we added Core Cycle at 299 West Main Street where we offer spin classes! As of March 2019, we added a beautiful boutique Reformer and Chair Pilates studio at 18 Lyman Street in the Westborough Shopping Plaza near Tatnuck Bookseller.
