Brenda, Instructor - The Core Connection

Brenda brings over 30 years of experience as an AFAA-certified Group Exercise Instructor, along with multiple cycling certifications and a lifelong passion for fitness. She also holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, blending deep knowledge with real-world experience.

An accomplished endurance athlete, Brenda has completed more than 100 road marathons and numerous ultra trail races—including the Vermont 100-Mile Trail Run. While she now limits herself to one marathon a year, her focus has shifted toward lower-impact practices that support longevity and balance, including yoga, Pilates, cycling, and hiking.

Brenda is passionate about helping others live healthy, active lives; while having fun along the way.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Brenda outdoors, enjoying time with family and friends, or adventuring with her French Bulldog, Cashew.
