A 6-week series of classes: Foundational instruction, learning the equipment, setup, springs, and core principles. Slower pace, coached, beginner-safe.
Reformer Level 1 is for clients who have graduated from our Intro series and want to continue to hone in on fundamentals and essential repertoire, as well as clients just getting back into reformer after a short hiatus. This class moves at a slower pace with extra time for corrections. 3 Level 1 classes included in $199 special.
Introduction Series → Level 1 → Level 1.5 → Level 2.0 (progress at your own pace. Seek instructor guidance).

Level 1 is a beginner-friendly class for clients who have completed the Intro to Reformer training, focusing on foundational STOTT PILATES movements, machine setup, alignment, core engagement, and controlled exercise flow. It builds confidence with basic exercises and prepares students for more complex repertoire.
Level 1.5 is a mixed intermediate class for clients who have gained comfort with Level 1. Requires good machine knowledge and understanding of STOTT PILATES principles while offering modifications and progressions within a slightly faster paced flow. Introduces some intermediate repertoire but accommodates varying experience levels.
Level 2 is an intermediate class for clients with a strong grasp of fundamentals who can self correct and move at a quicker pace with more challenging choreography. Emphasizes coordination, balance, and strength and builds on foundational repertoire with more complex sequences and transitions.
Advanced reformer class for seasoned STOTT PILATES clients using multi planar movements, unilateral stability, weight transference, and dynamic exercises to develop strength, endurance, agility, and core stability. Not intended for beginners or those with significant balance limitations.
