Jiji, Instructor
Jiji is a STOTT Pilates and a 200hr certified yoga instructor who loves helping people feel strong, aligned, and connected in their bodies. Her classes blend thoughtful cues, mindful movement, and a sprinkle of anatomy to keep things both intentional and approachable. With a background in biomedical science, she enjoys understanding the science behind how we move. She believes movement should feel good and leave you walking out feeling centered and more in tune with your body.
