Sue is a certified AFAA instructor and personal trainer. In addition, she is a teacher, mother and wife. She loves to hike and be active! In the last fifteen years, she has taught a variety of classes including, bootcamp, strength, pilates, cycling, and trained clients based upon their individual goals. She has also taught youth classes that provided exercise and healthy eating guidelines for tweens and teens. She love to motivate her class members with positive energy, words of encouragement, and a “don’t give up” attitude and reminds everyone that we all started from the same place at one time. It is about taking the first step and then the next.
