Reformer private sessions, Personal Training, and other individual private appointments require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Group Reformer appointments and Reformer classes require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session.
Even if you have already missed the cancellation window, cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend. There may be clients on the waitlist, and if a waitlisted client takes your spot, you will not be charged.
Cancellations for Core Cycle, Main Studio, and Virtual group classes must be made 4 hours prior to the class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows after the cancellation period result in loss of the class for clients using individual class cards or a $10 charge for clients with monthly unlimited passes.
We appreciate your courtesy even outside the cancellation window, as releasing your spot may allow someone from the waitlist to attend and may impact your charge.
Due to limited availability, this series is fully refundable up until two weeks prior to the start date.
If cancelled less than two weeks before the start date but more than one week prior, a credit may be placed on your account.
If cancelled within one week of the start date, the purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable unless a substitute can be found.
For classes run as a series, including programs such as Intro to Core Reformer and Intro to Yoga, and for all workshops, there is a 72-hour cancellation window.
If cancelled before that deadline and the studio is notified via email, you may receive a refund on account.
Cancelling yourself out of the workshop does not automatically generate a credit on your account. The studio must be notified.
If cancellation occurs after the 72-hour window, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Core Cycle, Main Studio, and Virtual classes, the cancellation deadline is four hours before class. After that point, clients using individual class cards lose the class, while clients using monthly unlimited memberships are charged $10.
If you know you cannot attend, cancel anyway. Opening the spot for someone on the waitlist is useful even after the formal cancellation period has passed.
All punch card purchases for Group Classes and Reformer are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means refunds are not issued back to a credit card.
Find your reservation type and make sure you are inside the applicable cancellation period.
