CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

Individual Private Appointments (Reformer, Personal Training, etc.)

The Core Connection requires 24 hour notice of cancelation for all private sessions. Failure to cancel scheduled private sessions in a timely manner will result in full billing for the missed session.

Group Private Appointments and Reformer Classes

For group reformer appointments and reformer classes, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancelation to avoid being charged for the session. Please note that even if you have missed the cancelation window, cancel out as soon as you know as there may be clients on the waitlist and if a waitlisted client takes your spot, you will not be charged.

Group Class Policy

Cancelations for Core Cycle, Main Studio, Outdoor and Virtual group classes must be made 4 hours prior to class start time. Late cancellations or no shows after the cancel period result in loss of the class for clients with individual class cards OR a charge of $10 to your account for clients with monthly unlimited passes. NOTE: We appreciate your courtesy outside of the cancelation window as it allows us to let someone in from the waitlist impacting your charge.

Intro to STOTT Pilates® on Reformer Series Cancelation Policy

Due to limited availability, this series is fully refundable up until 2 weeks prior to start date. Credit on account if canceled prior to one week of start date. Non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled within one week of start date unless a sub can be found.

Series & Workshops Cancelation Policy

For classes run as a series (Intro to Yoga, etc.) and for all workshops, we have a 72 hour cancelation window. If cancelled prior to that time and the studio is notified via email (please note that canceling yourself out of the workshop does not generate a credit on account), you may receive a refund on account. If cancelation occurs past that window, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Punch Cards for Group Classes and Reformer

All purchases are non refundable and non transferrable – this means no refunds to a credit card.
