Are you ready to begin your fitness journey, but don’t know where to start? Do you need an owner’s manual for your body? Our 5-week Just Move program begins on Wednesday, January 30th, at 10 am and it’s made for YOU! We will teach you five basic movement patterns for optimal workout success. Additionally, you will learn proper body alignment so that we can progress these patterns into strengthening exercises performed consistently and repetitively to build your core and stabilizing systems.
