Reformer 2 is for intermediate to advanced STOTT Pilates® reformer clients with a firm grasp of the 5 basic principles and the ability to self-correct as well as move at a quicker pace with challenging choreography. We also welcome clients who join us with previous STOTT Pilates® experience gained at another studio. Clients will explore exercises from the STOTT Pilates® Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced (where appropriate) reformer repertoire. This is an intensified workout for the entire body with a core focus and tends to move quickly. It is not for beginner reformer clients, those with injuries, or clients who struggle with balance issues. New Clients should seek out our Intro to Reformer series. Clients with specific physical conditions or requirements should seek out private appointments.
