Our Philosophy/Offerings
Fitness and wellness should be something you feel good about. It should feel right in your body. We are not a gym. We teach movement in a way that empowers our clients to take control of their health because they understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. We are a fun-loving and caring family and we treat clients with respect that everyone deserves as they journey through wellness.
Why join The Core Connection? Aside from our huge schedule of classes, our amazing instructors, and our sense of community we love teaching you about your body so that everyone stays safe! Our staff and existing clients are so welcoming to newcomers and together we work hard, but we also work smart in order to avoid injury. We want people to continue to do what they love with their bodies whether that is a round of golf, getting on the floor with a grandchild, running a marathon, or competing in their favorite sport or spartan you will get stronger at The Core Connection. The Core Connection instructors are the cream of the crop. Smart, knowledgeable, and passionate, they have vast experience in fitness instruction and unparalleled expertise in body mechanics. They love what they do and it shows.
Our Main Studio and Reformer Loft—located in Northborough, MA, at the intersections of West Main Street and Route 20—offer a wide variety of opportunities for individual or group fitness instruction in a beautiful, clean facility with leading-edge equipment. Whether you prefer strength training with weights or TRX®, the variety of Pilates or Barre, or the peaceful practice of Yoga, you will find a class that’s right for you. In fact, if you’re like many of our customers, you might even find you like them all. Across the street you will find our Cycle studio at 299 West Main Street where we offer spin classes every day and most nights. Finally, our beautiful boutique Reformer and Chair Pilates studio is located at 18 Lyman Street in the Westborough Shopping Plaza near Tatnuck Bookseller.
