Athletic Conditioning on Reformer Tower and Stability Chair

This class is offered in Westborough only utilizing Reformer Tower and Stability Chair and is for clients who regularly take at least Level 1.5. We incorporate exercises that call for balance, unilateral movement, weight transference, and torso rotation with a focus on core, arms, legs, shoulders, and hips to build strength, increase endurance, and improve agility, all while emphasizing dynamic core stability. This class is not for beginner reformer clients, those with injuries, or clients who struggle with balance issues. New Clients should seek out our Intro to Reformer series before working up to Athletic Conditioning.
