Reformer 1 is for Pilates reformer clients who have ‘graduated’ from our INTRO TO PILATES series and want to hone in on fundamentals and essential repertoire as well as clients just getting back into reformer after a short hiatus. This class moves at a slower pace with extra time for corrections. We welcome clients who join us with previous STOTT Pilates knowledge and experience gained at another studio. Clients will explore exercises from the essential repertoire and learn new exercises from the intermediate repertoire. Unlike our Intro series, class reservations are made by the client based on your own availability. Cancellations for a session must be received 48 hours before class time to avoid being charged. If a minimum sign up (determined by instructor) is not achieved for a specific session, the session will not run and clients will be notified by email at least 12 hours in advance of the session. Please note that socks with a grip bottom are required for all reformer classes.
