Reformer 1 is the next step for Pilates reformer clients who have ‘graduated’ from our INTRO TO PILATES series. Clients will gain experience setting up the reformer and strengthening their understanding of STOTT Pilates® principles as well as flowing through the essential repertoire on reformer. It’s also a great fundamentals class for clients just getting back into reformer after a hiatus and those who like to move at a slower pace allowing extra time for corrections. We welcome clients who join us with previous STOTT Pilates® knowledge and experience gained at another studio. Along with the essential, clients will learn new exercises from the intermediate repertoire. New clients with no reformer experience should seek out our Intro to Pilates Reformer series. Clients with specific physical conditions or requirements and/or significant balance challenges should seek out private appointments.
Unlike our Intro series, class reservations are made by the client based on your own availability. Cancellations for a session must be received 48 hours before class time to avoid being charged. If a minimum sign up (determined by instructor) is not achieved for a specific session, the session will not run and clients will be notified by email at least 12 hours in advance of the session. Please note that socks with a grip bottom are required for all reformer classes.
