Reformer 3 (Athletic Conditioning)
Athletic Conditioning Reformer is for advanced level reformer clients with several years of experience in Stott Pilates® who are able to self-correct and perform multi-planar movements with complicated choreography. We incorporate exercises that call for balance, unilateral movement, weight transference, and torso rotation with a focus on core, arms, legs, shoulders, and hips to build strength, increase endurance, and improve agility, all while emphasizing dynamic core stability. This class is not for beginner reformer clients, those with injuries, or clients who struggle with balance issues. New Clients should seek out our Intro to Reformer series. Clients with specific physical conditions, injuries or requirements should seek out private appointments.
