Slow flow yoga is vinyasa flow but at a slower pace that’s easy to follow for all levels. Mindful movement, trying regular and also unexpected and playful transitions as well as some challenging poses or options are offered. The practice will calm the mind and bring flexibility, ease and strength to the body. Poses will be held longer than vinyasa yoga and offer time to feel into the breath. Light use of props is encouraged. You’ll feel energized but also grounded by savasana.
