Restorative Exercise is an alignment based movement program developed by Biomechanist, Katy Bowman. Through her study of biomechanics, mathematics, Newtonian physics and background in fitness, she has developed a set of exercises that, when performed correctly and consistently can relieve pain and restore your body to its natural state of optimal function. The program itself is used to assess and address postural issues and imbalances as well as educate clients on proper performance of prescribed exercises comprised of a series of efforts and stretches that will help restore your body to optimal function.

This one-on-one program allows us to focus specifically on YOUR goals so that we can help you to be the best that you can be. In your first session, we will discuss goal setting, complete an assessment, and implement a workout. Based on your objectives and baseline assessment, we will design your program to include accountability and progression to keep you working smarter and achieve your goals as the sessions continue.
