Nutrition Coaching

MACRO FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Jessica Bossolt, fitness trainer and nutrition coach is offering our new Macros for Weight Loss program. This is a personalized program designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals through a balanced and sustainable approach. By focusing on the right mix of macronutrients—proteins, fats, and carbohydrates—this program ensures you get the nutrients you need while creating an effective calorie deficit for weight loss. After completing a survey about your goals and current lifestyle and fitness regimen, Jessica will calculate your macros and meet you for a 30 minute session at the studio, virtually or by phone call to discuss your customized plan and how to get started. She will also offer a suggested workout plan. After 3-4 weeks following your new program we suggest a follow up session to discuss progress and possibly make adjustments to your plan. Personalized macro calculation with a 30 minute session is $95. Key Features:

Personalized Macronutrient Ratio:

  • Proteins: Tailored to support muscle retention and cellular repair while keeping you satiated. Protein intake is adjusted based on your activity level and weight loss goals.
  • Fats: Balanced to ensure you get essential fatty acids while controlling calorie intake. Includes healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, and olive oil.
  • Carbohydrates: Optimized to provide energy and prevent fatigue, with a focus on complex carbs from vegetables, whole grains, and legumes to promote steady blood sugar levels.

Caloric Targeting:

  • Jessica will calculate your daily caloric intake to create a moderate deficit, ensuring steady weight loss without extreme restrictions.

Food Tracking and Sample Recipes:

  • Jessica will explain the importance of using a food tracking app to be successful.
  • Sample recipes that fit within your Macros to help you get started.

Private Nutrition Coaching

The Core Connection is excited to have Jessica Bossolt, certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, as part of our staff. She enjoys bringing nutrition and exercise together into a routine that is not only possible to maintain, but becomes a lifestyle that feels great.

As a nutrition coach Jessica takes into account people’s lifestyle and individual challenges,  along with preferences and habits to help them make simple, sustainable changes over time to meet and maintain their goals.  She will focus on total caloric intake, give food and recipe recommendations, and nutritional education.

Nutritional Coaching (One Month $350) Are you looking to get started on your weight loss journey? Have you tried many programs and they just haven’t worked? It’s time to work one on one with a professional to help you with your goals. Your initial nutritional coaching is for a month and includes the following:

  • 1 hour in person meeting to understand your needs and learn about your goals, expectations and difficulties (Zoom is also available)
  • Receive a plan that includes a breakdown of calories, macros, and diet recommendations
  • Recipes to go with meal ideas
  • Additional 1 hour meeting to go over the food planning, prepping, the diet recommendations, recipes, and answer questions and concerns.
  • Weekly access to Jessica via text or email for questions and concerns or any adjustments that need to be made

Follow Up  (One Month $150) After your initial month with Jessica we welcome you to continue meeting with her for support, coaching and any modifications needed. You can continue for as many months as you’d like after your initial month. Each follow up month includes:

  • 1 hour meeting (in person or via Zoom)
  • Diet adjustments and coaching
  • New recipe ideas
  • Adjustment of calories and macro as needed to keep to the diet
  • Continued support throughout the month via weekly emails or text

Personal Fitness Training

As a personal trainer, Jessica is available for private training. Adding exercise to your routine is key to not only weight loss, but an overall healthy lifestyle. If you are new to working out we have two options for assessment:

Healthy You Consult (45 Minutes $85) Do you sometimes feel like you are on a hamster wheel just doing the same things week in and week out? Do you have questions about which classes are the right mix for you? During this session, we will learn about you and your goals. From there we will determine which classes will best meet your needs. This consultation will give you the answers you need to access the right classes at The Core Connection to meet YOUR fitness goals. This 45 minute session does not include a workout and is for clients with no current pain or body issues.

Personalized Fitness Consult (75 Minutes $125) Got issues? Join the club! We hear from so many people that they can no longer exercise the way they used to because they’ve developed pain, sustained an injury, or are simply dealing with plateaus. Maybe it’s time for a change as you listen to your body’s cues. Work with Rita one on one to evaluate how to address your specific issues. This consultation will address the limitations that you may be dealing with which are curtailing your ability to achieve your goals. This 75 minute session does not include a workout, rather movements, postural and alignment assessments in order to assess and prescribe a plan for you to get stronger and move forward in a class or private sessions based on our findings.
