Elizabeth, Instructor

Elizabeth completed the Spinning® Instructor Certification Program in 2023 after nearly five years taking spin classes.  She loves spin as it allows everyone to challenge themselves individually while offering a sense of togetherness and community. Her goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and leaves class feeling proud and accomplished.
