Sue is a RYT 200 hr certified yoga instructor and lifelong yogi who has been teaching dance and fitness for 25 years, Her journey and life’s purpose has been centered around nutrition and fitness from the very start. Sue believes that while nutrition and fitness are vital to our wellbeing, it is also critical that our fitness be fun! Sue’s lifelong mission is to create an oasis where students can be challenged and nurtured at the same time. She focuses intensely on safety and form for all fitness levels while always maintaining a level of personal expression!
Having used yoga as a recovery tool from both, Lyme Disease and knee injuries, Sue understands the importance of sanctuary and healing that yoga brings to us all. She believes that each and every one of us have the ability to be strong and healthy. Mixed into her intensely restorative and juicy yoga flows, Sue will offer a variety of options and modifications allowing you to make her classes as challenging or as restorative as YOU need them to be.
