MACROS FOR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Jessica Bossolt, fitness trainer and nutrition coach is offering our new Macros for Weight Loss program. This is a personalized program designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals through a balanced and sustainable approach. By focusing on the right mix of macronutrients—proteins, fats, and carbohydrates—this program ensures you get the nutrients you need while creating an effective calorie deficit for weight loss. After completing a survey about your goals and current lifestyle and fitness regimen, Jessica will calculate your macros and meet you for a 30 minute session at the studio, virtually or by phone call to discuss your customized plan and how to get started. She will also offer a suggested workout plan. After 3-4 weeks following your new program we suggest a follow up session to discuss progress and possibly make adjustments to your plan. Personalized macro calculation with a 30 minute session is $95.

  • Jessica will calculate your daily caloric intake to create a moderate deficit, ensuring steady weight loss without extreme restrictions.

Food Tracking and Sample Recipes:

  • Jessica will explain the importance of using a food tracking app to be successful.
  • Sample recipes that fit within your Macros to help you get started.
