New to reformer? Choose the path that matches your schedule and support needs.
Learn the reformer, setup, springs, and core principles in a coached group format, then use your included Reformer 1 class to transition into regular classes.
For clients who need 1:1 instruction or whose schedule does not align with the Intro Series.
If you have completed an intro series or have years of reformer experience, we will guide you into the right class level.
Includes the full 4-week beginner series plus 1 Reformer 1 class. You will learn the equipment, springs, setup, and Pilates foundations in a slower, coached format, then step into a regular class with more confidence.
This offer includes a 4-week beginner series designed to teach the reformer, spring changes, setup, and core principles at a beginner-safe pace. It also includes 1 Reformer 1 class so you can bridge into the regular schedule with instructor support.
Your included Reformer 1 class helps you make the transition from the intro format into standard Level 1 programming. After that, you can continue with Level 1 classes through memberships or class packs as you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
Introduction Series + 1 Reformer 1 class → Level 1 → Level 1.5 → Level 2.0 (progress at your own pace and ask instructors for guidance).
Ideal if you want 1:1 instruction, have injuries or limitations, or cannot match the Intro Series schedule. We will help you build confidence and a safe foundation fast.
More personalized feedback on alignment, setup, and spring choices—so you progress safely.
Privates can be easier to fit into busy calendars than a fixed 4-Week series.
After your privates, we will guide you into the best class level for your ability and goals.
After Intro, you will move into Level 1 and progress at your own pace. If you are already experienced, ask an instructor and we will place you safely.
Foundations and form. Slower pace with coaching on setup, springs, and alignment.
Progressive flow and variety. Still coached, with more challenge and transitions.
More complex choreography and higher challenge. Instructor guidance recommended.
After completing the Intro Series, you can continue with a membership or class pack.
