Restore your core with BOSU and other small equipment to develop strength and introduce you to muscles that you never knew you had in this challenging yet stabilizing workout. We will incorporate balance and Pilates work to give you a complete overhaul! This course incorporates our knowledge of Stott Pilates®, Nutritious Movement, and the work of Dr. Sarah Duvall (PT, DPT, CPT. CNC) in order to give you a well rounded understanding of core stability through proper breath and strengthening of instrinsic deep core as well as incorporating large muscle movements to address proper weight lifting functionality.
