Combine two challenging practices into one 50-minute class! Using the TRX straps you will increase your heart rate by working the large muscle groups of the upper body, lower body, and core. In the Barre portion of class, you will be treated to another full-body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, glutes, abdominals, and arms.
