At a recent community fundraiser, Rita’s winning bid gave her the opportunity to create a new sushi roll at the amazing Yama Zakura restaurant which is located just down the street from The Core Connection.

At a recent community fundraiser, Rita’s winning bid gave her the opportunity to create a new sushi roll at the amazing Yama Zakura restaurant which is located just down the street from The Core Connection. Rita met with the sushi expert at Yama and let him know all of the delicious ingredients she’d love to see in her roll. Of course she had to name it right and Rita’s Core Crunch was born! The scrumptious finished product is available and featured on the board at Yama. In another way to give back, Rita will be donating $1 to the Northborough Food Pantry for every roll sold in June.
