Reformer 1 is for Pilates reformer clients who have ‘graduated’ from our INTRO TO PILATES series, have a basic understanding of the 5 basic principles of STOTT Pilates®, and prefer to move at a slower pace with extra time for corrections. We also welcome clients who join us with previous STOTT Pilates knowledge and experience gained at another studio who may have been away from Pilates Reformer for a period of time. Clients will explore exercises from primarily the Essential Repertoire and learn Intermediate exercises where warranted. It is not for first time reformer clients or those with injuries. Clients with specific physical conditional requirements should seek out private or semi-private lessons. The Reformer Class series pack is $175 and expires in 15 months. Unlike our Intro series, class reservations are made by the client based on your own availability. Cancellations for a session must be received 48 hours before class time to avoid being charged. If a minimum sign up (determined by instructor) is not achieved for a specific session, the session will not run and clients will be notified by email at least 12 hours in advance of the session. Please note that socks with a grip bottom are required for all reformer classes.
