Reformer 3 (Athletic Conditioning)

This level is for reformer clients with several years of experience in Stott PilatesĀ® who are able to self-correct and perform multi-planar movements with complicated choreography. We incorporate exercises that call for unilateral movement, weight transference, and torso rotation with a focus on core, arms, legs, shoulders, and hips to build strength, increase endurance, and improve agility-all while emphasizing dynamic core stability.
