Reformer 2 is for Pilates reformer clients who have ‘graduated’ from an INTRO TO PILATES Reformer series, have a firm grasp on the 5 basic principles of STOTT Pilates®, and are able to move at a quicker pace. Clients will explore exercises from the STOTT Pilates® Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced (where appropriate) reformer repertoire. This is an intensified workout for the entire body with a core focus. It is not for first time reformer clients or those with injuries..
