Meet your Hosts:
Nicole (Certified Sound Practitioner)

Nicole embarked on her yoga journey in 2015, seeking a deeper connection with her body after years of feeling disconnected. Through the transformative practices of yoga and meditation, she began to heal her mind, body, and soul. In 2019, she discovered the profound impact of sound healing, captivated by the deep resonance and therapeutic benefits of sound frequencies. Driven by her passion to enhance her understanding and share her insights with her local community, Nicole enrolled in a 32-hour sound healing training program in Haverhill, MA, in the fall of 2023. In her down time she enjoys spending time in nature, photography, flipping furniture and traveling.

Maddy Hope (RYT-200)

Maddy has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2020 and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2023 from Mimi Yoga in Miami, FL. As the daughter of a pastor and mom known as the best dinner party host, Maddy has a passion for creating and holding spaces for her students. She believes that just like she needs a sacred space to rest her mind and connect with her body, others do too. When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her hanging out with her husband and dog, taking walks in the park, or cooking something from nothing in the kitchen.
