Are you ready to look and feel amazing? This 6-week interval style fitness class series can help you reach your goal. Each session will start with a warm-up focused on mobility then move to foundational body weight exercises, cardio and strength training, mixed with a dose of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) before ending with a restorative cooldown. This class has progressive levels for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts. You will develop overall strength, endurance, power, agility, and balance. Accountability weigh-ins and measurements will be taken both at the start of the 6-week series and at the end to keep you focused.
