Slow Flow Yoga

This class is for all levels and teaches the Vinyasa Flow by bringing participants into poses and specifically explaining body movement, alignment and the benefit of each pose. This slow moving environment allows the students to acclimate and by activating core and working their way deep into these longer held poses.  Come with an open mind, ready to learn. Questions are welcome! You will learn the poses thoroughly and safely in a slightly less rigorous format.
