Chris is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, a TRX Qualified group exercise instructor, AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor, and Certified Spinning Instructor with a decade of experience in the fitness industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science from the University of Southern Maine and he has extensive experience helping people of all ages and ability levels to live better lives through exercise.
Chris enjoys teaching people how to move well, improving their health and fitness through correct form and purposeful movements. Chris is passionate about TRX training, Kettlebell training, weight training and running. Outside the gym, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young children.
