John, Instructor/Personal Trainer

John is a Certified Personal Trainer and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Assumption University. John has received certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He works with clients of different ages but primarily works with college students at this time. He has a passion for working with student-athletes. Currently, he works with many of the different varsity teams. He also runs different fitness classes at Assumption such as HIIT and strength training. He is also the advisor for the women’s weightlifting club to help provide workout programs and fitness classes for the club.
