Stephanie grew up with a passion for dance and a love for movement. She graduated from Dean College, receiving her BA in Dance and a Minor in Psychology. It was there that she was first introduced to STOTT Pilates and immediately fell in love. What at first was a form of cross training, turned into a daily workout that helped her transform physically and mentally. Her devotion to understanding movement and how the body operates is something she loves to share with others through teaching. Stephanie has retired from a professional performing career, and began her teaching journey with Boston Ballet then became a certified STOTT PILATES instructor and is dedicated to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. She is committed to creating an an energetic, challenging class atmosphere to strengthen, tone, & work flexibility!
